Return Policy

10-Day Return Window

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Soap (all bar soaps)
• Lip balm
• Facial products (including face wash, masks, serums)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping
• Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Refunds
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
